This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the VPN services, mobile applications, software, and related features provided by OnlyPeace (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your region.

2. Accounts & Optional Login

You may use the Service with or without an account.

Anonymous Use

You may use the Service without registering or signing in. However, anonymous accounts:

• Cannot be restored if you delete the app or sign out
• Cannot transfer to another device

If you lose access to an anonymous account, any associated service time may also be lost.

Optional Login

You may choose to sign in using:

• Email
• Sign in with Apple
• Sign in with Google

These options are not required. If you choose to use them, minimal account data will be collected according to the Privacy Policy.

3. License to Use the Service

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service. You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

4. Service Availability

5. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans or subscriptions may be available through the app.

All payments for used or partially used service durations are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of service due to forgetting login credentials
• Loss of service time on anonymous accounts
• Inability to recover account access after sign-out

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Distributing malware or harmful content
• Copyright or intellectual property infringement
• Attacks on networks or systems
• Activities that violate the rights or safety of others

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

7. No Warranty (Service Provided “As Is”)

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your expectations
• The Service will always be available or secure
• The Service will always bypass network restrictions
• The Service will be free from errors or interruptions

You use the Service at your own risk.

• Loss of data
• Lost account access
• Lost subscription time
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Damages resulting from using or failing to use the Service

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
